A: Absolutely! Fantastic Vacation welcomes anyone interested in maritime living. Silver Sail is designed for beginners β we provide sailing training and one-on-one guidance to help you start enjoying the ocean life from scratch.
Q: How long does the review take?
A: Standard review: 5-10 business days; Platinum and above: 10-15 business days. For expedited processing, please contact customer service.
Q: Are membership fees refundable?
A: Full refund within 7 days of payment, 50% refund between 8-30 days, non-refundable after 30 days.
Q: Can I upgrade my membership tier?
A: Yes! You can apply for an upgrade at any time. The unused portion of your current annual fee is credited toward the new tier's fee on a pro-rata basis. The upgrade review timeline is the same as the initial application.
Q: Can members bring guests?
A: Select benefits allow 1-2 guests (e.g., events, routes) β subject to specific benefit descriptions.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Points are valid for two years from the date earned. Unused points expire automatically. We recommend checking your balance regularly and redeeming in a timely manner.
