Online Application

Visit the Fantastic Vacation website or member app, click "Apply Now," and complete the application form.

Document Review

Our membership advisor will verify your documents and recommend the ideal tier within 3 business days

Financial Verification

Submit bank statements or asset proof to confirm you meet the minimum financial requirements for your chosen tier

Sign Agreement

Upon approval, sign the membership service agreement with Fantastic Vacation

Pay Annual Fee

Pay the annual fee according to the fee schedule

Activate Benefits

Membership benefits are activated instantly upon payment — enjoy all exclusive services immediately

Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents (electronic copies accepted — PDF or JPG format):

Proof of Identity — Front and back of national ID card, or passport bio page
Contact Info — Phone number, email address, and mailing address (for membership card and voyage reports)
Proof of Finances — Bank statements or asset proof (requirements vary by tier)
Supplementary — Sailing experience if any — submit certificates, yacht licenses, or related credentials (optional but helpful for review)

Review Criteria

Fantastic Vacation Membership Review Criteria:

Age — Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Credit Record — No significant adverse credit record or legal disputes
Financial Qualification (by Tier) — Silver Sail: no minimum financial requirement; Gold Sail: annual income ≥500K or net assets ≥5M; Platinum: annual income ≥1.5M or net assets ≥20M; Diamond/Black Card: further verification required
Sailing Experience (Bonus) — Sailing experience preferred, not mandatory
